ELEV8 Dispatch SMS/MMS

This policy covers the ELEV8 Dispatch SMS/MMS program operated by ELEV8 Partners LLC dba ELEV8 Demolition for operational job dispatch and coordination. This program does not send marketing messages.

Information and use. We collect the phone number and identity/contact information you provide, your actual consent choice and notice version, opt-out records, messages and attachments. Our operational record may include group participants, job references, sender/message times, message identifiers and delivery/capture status. We use this information to document choices, coordinate dispatch, deliver and record communications, provide assistance, honor opt-out requests and maintain operational records. Verbal consent is documented in private operational notes; the program does not require a recorded call. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information or photos of private documents.

Native group visibility. Before you join, we disclose the proposed group roster. Other participants can see your phone number and messages/photos you send to the group and may retain or forward them. Decide whether to participate after reviewing that roster. Contact us if you prefer another way to coordinate.

Service providers and SMS data. We use Twilio and other service providers needed to deliver messages, host the operational record and support the program. They process information needed for those services. Operational group sharing is described above.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Choices and retention. To request opt-out, text STOP to Dispatch or call 904-203-5802. Text HELP for standard messaging instructions; for assistance from ELEV8, call 904-203-5802. HELP does not open a human-support ticket. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We retain consent choices and operational communications as needed to operate the program, address requests and maintain appropriate business records. Opting out does not automatically delete prior records or copies held by group participants or their providers. Call us for assistance with your information.
