SMS Terms — ELEV8 Dispatch

Operator and purpose. ELEV8 Partners LLC dba ELEV8 Demolition operates ELEV8 Dispatch SMS/MMS for operational job dispatch and coordination, not marketing.

Enrollment. A dispatcher reads the consent notice, provides the Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms, and discloses the proposed group roster and numbers covered. You may ask questions, decline or give a clear verbal YES. We privately record your actual choice, dispatcher/witness, date and notice version. No enrollment bot or recorded call is required. Participation is voluntary; call 904-203-5802 to coordinate instead.

Group visibility. Native group MMS exposes your phone number and messages/photos to other participants, who may retain or forward them. Review the disclosed roster before agreeing. Do not send unrelated sensitive information. A group message does not by itself establish acceptance of work, completed loads or equipment arrival.

Frequency, rates and delivery. Message frequency varies with operational needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on carrier/device support and may be delayed or unavailable.

Opt-out. To request opt-out from Dispatch SMS/MMS, text STOP to Dispatch or call 904-203-5802. We process opt-out requests for future program messages; previous records and copies held by others are not automatically deleted. For an urgent request, or if you cannot confirm receipt of your request, call us. No particular automatic reply is promised here.
